Summary

Early 18th-century three-storey and dormer attic brick house with stuccoed and colour-washed façade, rusticated quoins and 20th-century pantile roof. A short length of iron railings with obelisk finials in front of the building is explicitly included in its listing description.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, one of a pair with No.43 [NHER 34310]. Early 18th century. Stuccoed and colourwashed brick. 20th-century pantile roof. Three storeys and dormer attic; three-window range. Rusticated quoins. Fielded six-panelled door set to right under a plain overlight. Fluted pilasters support a metope frieze...Wide cornice beneath a low parapet. Gabled roof with one flat-topped dormer...Rebuilt ridge stack right of centre. In front of the door is a short length of square-section railings with obelisk finials..."
