Summary

This two-storey and dormer attic brick house was originally part of a larger building that was constructed in the mid 18th century and then subdivided in the 1880s. It has stuccoed and colour-washed walls that have been scored to imitate ashlar and a slate roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Mid 18th century, as part of a larger group of buildings split up in 1880s. Restored 1987. Stuccoed and colourwashed brick, scored to imitate ashlar. Slate roof. Two storeys and dormer attic; two-window range. Five-panelled door, not in situ, set to right under a hood carried on a solid concave bracket…Gabled roof, continuous with No.33 [NHER 43006] with one segmental dormer...INTERIOR: staircase is late 20th century. Rear room with deep fireplace with concave sides, formerly with a winder staircase to its right."
