Summary

This early 18th-century barn is the larger of two at Cavick House (NHER 9458). It has flint walls with red brick dressings and a pantile roof.

December 1950. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Barn. Early 18th century. Flint with red brick dressings and pantile roof. South side with plinth course and five irregularly disposed brick buttress piers. Blocked segmental-headed doorway to west. Gabled roof, hipped to west. Stepped east gable. North side with various timber openings and a brick buttress pier to centre.
INTERIOR. Tie beams on arched braces. Queen struts to collars and principals. Two tiers staggered butt purlins and straight windbracing to west end."
