Map

September 2016. Trial Trenching.
Evaluation of proposed development site.
The six trenches excavated revealed little in the way of significant remains, with only two undated ditches identified. Both were relatively insubstantial and unremarkable features, although their alignments suggest they were probably not of recent date.
No unstratified finds were recovered.
See report (S1) for further details.
The associated archive has been deposited with Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2017.425).
