Environmental Impact Assessment of the potential impacts of the proposed Hornsea Project Three offshore wind farm on the historic environment. This study incorporated the results of an initial walkover survey and the first phases of geophysical survey.

November 2021-March 2022. Geophysical Survey.
Magnetometer survey of site on proposed route of Hornsea Project Three offshore wind farm onshore cable (Area 74).
Although this survey identified a number of fragmentary linear and curvilinear anomalies these are all regarded as being of undetermined origin and therefore not necessarily associated with archaeologically-significant remains.
Various other, more amorphous anomalies are probable the result of natural variations in the underlying geology.

Evaluation of site on proposed route of Hornsea Project Three offshore wind farm onshore cable (P2TT96; Trenches 790-795).
The six trenches excavated at this location revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
No finds were recovered.
