Metal-detecting at this location between 2022 and 2025 recovered Neolithic/Bronze Age worked flints; a Middle Saxon coin and a number of metal objects, including two Early Saxon sleeve clasps; a Middle Saxon pin and unidentified silver object; a Late Saxon stirrup-strap mount; a Late Saxon/medieval possible weight or gaming piece; a medieval brooch, strap end and strap loop; a medieval/post-medieval lead pencil or stylus and a post-medieval strap fitting, probable ferrule and pin.
