Archaeological evaluation undertaken ahead of proposed reordering of the Abbey Estate (Trench 7).
The single trench excavated revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
It appears this location saw only minimal disturbance during the construction of the Abbey Estate in the 1960s, with apparently undisturbed soil deposits present beneath a modern make-up deposit.
No finds were recovered.
