Location: Approximately 25 metres south-west of the Church of All Saints, All Saint's Churchyard, Norwich Road, Tacolneston.

The memorial is constructed from stone, in the form of a freestanding Latin cross. It is used to commemorate nine local servicemen who died in World War One, and latterly six men who died in World War Two. It is described “with downturned bronze sword of sacrifice to the face, on an octagonal shaft with moulded foot, atop an octagonal plinth and three-stepped octagonal base. It is in the style of Sir Reginald Blomfield’s Cross of Sacrifice” (S1). There are inscriptions to the plinth in incised lettering, painted black. The former World War One dedication is to the front three faces, along with the nine associated names listed in three columns (Inscription A). Beneath that inscription is the latter World War Two dedication, along with the six associated names also listed in the same format, one of which is described as a possible late addition (Inscription B; position of all inscriptions identified from S4 photographs).
