Maintained during installation of new water pipeline.
A drill pit excavated at this location (Drill Pit 3) revealed a north-west to south-east aligned ditch. No dating evidence was recovered from this feature.
Two late post-medieval iron horseshoes were found in the spoil from the drill pit.
