Maintained during groundworks associated with construction of new residential dwelling.
The excavation of foundation trenches for the new building revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. Ground reduction for a new driveway also exposed nothing of interest. The layers encountered were mostly associated with the demolition of the structures that had previously occupied the site.
No finds were recovered.
