Summary

A single trial trench excavated at this site in 2015 revealed no archaeologically-significant remains. Foundation trenches excavated for a new building prior to the commencement of this archaeological evaluation had also exposed no archaeological remains.

Evaluation of site of new rectory building.
The single trench excavated revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
A number of foundation trenches for the new building had been excavated prior to the commencement of the archaeological evaluation. No archaeological remains were noted in these trenches.
No finds were recovered.
