September 2013. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of new residential dwelling.
The foundation trenches excavated revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
There was little evidence for recent disturbance, with an intact subsoil present beneath the topsoil.
No finds were recovered.
