Summary

This mid-18th-century building, now a house, was originally the rear range of No 15A King Street (NHER 12910). It has whitewashed brick walls and a slate roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House, formerly the rear range of No.15A [NHER 12910]. Mid 18th century, the south flank rebuilt late 18th century re-using older sashes. Whitewashed brick and slate roof. Entrance from King Street is via the right-hand door read as part of elevation of No.11. This leads to passage to rear, the south wall with two round-arched panels. West elevation two storeys in three bays. 19th-century square glazed one-storey porch re-using double-leaf doors below a segmental pediment supported on pilaster strips with acanthus consoles. One sash window left and right under segmental arches. Three sashes to first floor under eaves; all have glazing bars. Hipped roof. One tall gault brick stack."
