Summary

This two-storey red brick house dates to the early 19th century. It has sash windows, a panelled door with cambered head and a pantile roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Red brick, pantile roof. Two storeys; two-first-floor windows. Panelled door to right has cambered head. Windows have sashes with glazing bars, those on the ground floor being under a segmental brick arch. Stone coping to right gable. Included for group value."

The forecourt wall, gate and railings to Nos 66 and 66A Bracondale were also separately listed Grade II in 1986. These are now recorded as 66871.
