Summary

Two possible conjoined ring ditches, feasibly of prehistoric date and relating to Bronze Age round barrows, are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs, together with an undated but potentially contemporary pit. The cropmarks are fragmentary, however, and their archaeological significance is uncertain. They could instead be cropmarks of geological origin.
