August 2017. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of two new semi-detached dwellings.
No archaeologically-significant features or deposits were recorded.
No subsoil was present, suggesting the site may have been truncated during the construction of the adjacent dwelling.
No finds were recovered.
