Six possible Second World War huts are seen as structures (before being subsequently removed) on aerial photographs (S1). The features consist of a group of three huts in a line linked by a possible concreate track. A further group of two huts on a similar layout, linked by a possible concrete track, can be seen to the south. At TG 1457 2361 is a smaller hut with a possible concrete hardstanding to the features immediate east. The features look relatively recent on the 1940s aerial photographs and it is possible that these features may relate to Second World War huts. There are also two possible very small structures centred at TG 1459 2363. Due to the scale of the aerial photographs, it is unclear as to what these features relate to. Although there is some military activity in the area (for example Swanington airfield (NHER 7465) approximately 2.5km to the south and an area of military training (NHER 53014) on Marsham Heath approximately 2.3km to the east), the huts are quite far from any military features or infrastructure. It is therefore possible theses features could relate to modern agricultural buildings. The features seem to be in the process of being removed in the 1950s (S2) with one of the huts possibly still visible in the 1960s (S3). The huts are fully removed by the 1970s (S4).
