Summary

Sections of a possible later prehistoric enclosure can be seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs. It’s possible that the features may relate to sections of a later prehistoric curvilinear enclosure. The features are faint on the aerial photographs and are in close proximity to geological cropmarks. It is therefore possible that these features may be natural in origin

Sections of a possible later prehistoric enclosure can be seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1). It’s possible that the features may relate to sections of a later prehistoric curvilinear enclosure. The features are faint on the aerial photographs and are in close proximity to geological cropmarks. It is therefore possible that these features may be natural in origin. The possible enclosure is approximately 125m south of a possible Neolithic oval enclosure (NHER 64240).
