Summary

A group of broadly linear ditches, of unknown but probably multi-phase date, are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. They may represent former boundaries, such as field boundaries. Given the finds recovered from this area (NHER 36973, NHER 37677, and NHER 38078), the cropmarks could feasibly include elements of later prehistoric to Roman and medieval to post medieval date.

The boundaries are in close proximity to a later prehistoric to Roman enclosure (NHER 64243) approximately 90 meters to the south.
