Full Description
June 2022. Aylsham and Brampton Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
The cropmarks of a ring ditch, possibly relating to a Later Prehistoric sub circular enclosure, are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2). It is also possible that the feature could relate to the site of a Bronze Age round barrow. A probable later field boundary (NHER 36455) can be seen crossing the ring ditch.
J. Powell (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 14 June 2022.
