NHER 67072 (Cropmark and Earthwork record) - Cropmarks of a possible ring ditch of an uncertain date

Oblique NLA aerial photography taken in 1996 (S2-S3) examined [1].
A ring ditch is visible, bisected by a linear. The ring is not complete, although this may be due to geological masking.
This possible ring ditch was originally recorded under NHER 36417 (now revoked), centered TG 1519 2896, along with a trackway and additional linear features which are now recorded under NHER 66276.

A section of a possible ring ditch of an unknown date is seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S2-S3). It is uncertain as to whether the feature is archaeological or natural in origin. If the feature is archaeological in origin, the feature may relate to the site of a Bronze Age round barrow. The possible ring ditch is cut by the cropmarks of a probable medieval to post medieval field boundary (NHER 66276).
