Summary

A World War One memorial with World War Two additions commemorating the fallen servicemen of Frettenham. The memorial is in the form of an obelisk made of stone. It was unveiled in January 1921.

Location: St Swithin’s churchyard, Church Lane, Frettenham
Type: Obelisk
Description: The memorial is in the form of an obelisk made of stone. The obelisk stands on a four-sided plinth on top of a three-step base. The principal inscription is on the south face of the plinth. A metal plaque is attached to the west face that repeats the WW1 names and adds the WW2 names.
