Summary

Archaeological work at this site in 2014 identified little in the way of significant remains, with only a single ditch and two possible pits recorded. None produced any dating evidence.

Evaluation of proposed development site (Trenches 1 and 2).
Archaeologically-significant remains were limited to an east-to-west aligned ditch and a shallow pit, both of which were recovered in the southernmost of the two trenches excavated at this location. Neither produced any dating evidence.
