Map

September 2023. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
The earthworks (since levelled) of a probable medieval to post medieval field boundary are seen on aerial photographs (S1). The date of the future is unknown. However, a medieval to post medieval date is probable. The feature can be seen as an earthwork on the 1946 aerial photographs (S1). The feature is presumed to have been levelled as the earthworks are not visible on later aerial photographs (such as S2) or on the relatively recent (2017) visualised lidar data (S3).
