Map

February 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
Probable medieval to post medieval field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (S1-S3). The features are not visible on the visualised lidar data from a survey flown in 2017 (S4) and have presumably been levelled. It is also possible that the features could have related to post medieval drainage ditches. The features are not recorded on the readily accessible historic maps (such as S5-S6).
