Map

February 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project (volunteer strand).
Field boundaries of probable post medieval date are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1). The boundaries are very straight and appear to fit the modern pattern of enclosure. A more sinuous boundary on the eastern side of the field, which looks rather different in character and is probably earlier in origin, is recorded separately as NHER 50684.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 19 February 2024.
