Full Description
February 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
Probable drainage ditches and possible property boundaries and trackways of medieval to post medieval date are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs (S1-S2). The most recent available Google Earth aerial photography from 2022 (S3) shows that the area has been built over and the earthworks presumably levelled.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 23 February 2024.
