Full Description
April 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project (volunteer strand).
Linear ditched boundaries, visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs from 2006 (S1), are likely to be medieval to post medieval field boundaries. The main element, which is double-ditched, may have been part of the boundary of the medieval to post medieval Gressenhall Park (NHER 50576), the outline of which it comes close to correlating with.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 18 April 2024.
