Summary

A possible ring ditch of unknown date is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph taken in 1988. If the ring ditch does represent an archaeological feature, which is not certain, it is most likely to be the site of a Bronze Age round barrow.

A possible ring ditch of unknown date is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph taken in 1988 (S1). The ring ditch has not been identified on any of the other consulted sources, and its archaeological origin is not certain. If it does represent an archaeological feature, it is most likely to be the site of a Bronze Age round barrow.
