Map

May 2024. Broads Hidden Heritage: Aerial Perspectives.
Fragmentary linear ditches of unknown date, including at least one broadly rectilinear enclosure, are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1). It is likely that they represent more than one phase of activity. Many could be former field boundaries. A complete, broadly rectilinear enclosure, with curved corners on its eastern side and conjoined to a linear ditch on its western side, is visible towards the southern end of the site, centred at TG 3959 0864. This enclosure could feasibly be of Late Iron Age to Roman date.
