August-October 2019. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with agricultural irrigation pipeline.
Two undated east-to-west aligned ditches were recorded in this section of the pipe trench – one at TF 7500 4078 and the second at TF 7509 4041. The proximity of these features to similarly-aligned extant boundaries suggests they were probably of relatively recent date.
No finds were recovered.
See report (S1) for further details.
An archive associated with this work has been deposited with Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2019.307).
