Full Description
February 2017. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of annex adjacent to existing dwelling.
A series of deep stanchion pits excavated within the footprint of the new building revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. A trench dug for a soakaway also exposed nothing of interest.
No finds were recovered.
