Summary

A probable Second World War slit trench is visible as an earthwork on 1940s aerial photographs. It follows a zig-zag outline and lies a few metres to the east of a type 22 pillbox of the same period (NHER 32430). It appears to be relatively freshly dug on the 1940s aerial photographs. More recent aerial photographs from 2022 show that the earthwork has been levelled.
