Summary

A watching brief maintained during limited groundworks at this site in 2012 recorded no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. Unstratified finds were limited to burnt flints and a single medieval pottery sherd.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of new agricultural building.
The stanchion pits excavated revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
Finds were limited to two undatable burnt flints and a single medieval pottery sherd – all of which were recovered from subsoil deposits.
