Summary

Possible field boundaries of an unknown, but likely medieval to post medieval date, are visible as cropmarks on recent (2022) aerial photographs. It is also possible that the features could relate to former post medieval to modern drainage ditches which are visible across the area on aerial photographs taken in 1946.

Possible field boundaries of an unknown, but likely medieval to post medieval date, are visible as cropmarks on recent (2022) aerial photographs (S2). It is also possible that the features could relate to former post medieval to modern drainage ditches which are visible across the area on aerial photographs taken in 1946 (S1). The features are not recorded on the readily accessible historic maps such as S2-S3.
