Summary

Possible ridge and furrow of medieval date is visible as earthworks, now probably levelled, on 1940s aerial photographs. The ridges are relatively wide, suggesting a medieval date, but also fairly straight, which may indicate that they are later. They could instead be drainage features of relatively recent origin. Faint traces of the earthworks may still be visible on visualised lidar data, from a survey flown in 2017, but the most recent consulted aerial photography (from 2022) indicates that they are more likely to have been levelled.
