Evaluation of proposed development site.
The three trenches excavated revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
An apparently undisturbed subsoil layer was encountered in all three trenches. A post-medieval pantile fragment, brick fragments of uncertain date and a piece of animal bone were recovered from this deposit
