NHER 66121 (Find Spot record) - Prehistoric, Roman and medieval to modern finds

January-February 2025. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey on proposed route of onshore cable for Norfolk Vanguard and Boreas Offshore Wind Farms (Fields 154, 155 and 156).
No significant concentrations of material were identified. Finds recovered included:
1 prehistoric side and end scraper and 1 blade.
1 ?Late Prehistoric pottery sherd.
7 undated copper alloy unidentified objects, a copper alloy mount, 2 lead unidentified objects, 3 pieces of lead waste, 2 iron unidentified objects and an iron nail.
1 Roman coin.
1 medieval coin and 2 pottery sherds.
?Medieval ?buckle.
Medieval/post-medieval buckle and ?mount.
3 post-medieval coins, 7 buttons and 3 buckles.
1 ?post-medieval pottery sherd.
9 post-medieval/modern buttons, a buckle, stud, ?butt end of knife handle or similar implement, ?folding-knife handle, copper alloy vessel fragment, copper alloy possible vessel fragment, iron unidentified object and glass bottle fragment.
