Full Description
Pre 1991. Found when digging new drain across meadow, at a depth..
Blade end of very fine polished flint axe: secondary rechipping of edge; butt end afterwards broken off - in antiquity as brown patina covers all. About 7.5cm (3 inches) by 4cm (1.5 inches) maximum width.
