1980s. Fieldwalking.
Fieldwalking over the remainder of this field (Ordnance Survey 27, 1928) yielded one sherd of unglazed medieval pottery and two sherds of glazed medieval earthenware.

September 1991. Casual Find.
A late medieval or early post medieval body sherd with a fresh break was found while erecting a fence post (Context 1 at TF 9754 1674).
