October 1994. Metal detecting find.
Roman brooch. Headstud, lower bow etc, pin, spring and most of solid chain loop missing. Worn solid cast round head stud, with traces of red enamel in a circular groove. The bow has 3 extant rectangular cells, with alterate red and blue/black enamel. Late 1st/early 2nd century.
