Metal detecting in 1995 recovered a silver 10th century Arabic coin, possibly Viking loot. A medieval coin was also found.

Dirhem, Samanid of Nasr bin Ahmad (AH 301-31/AD 913-42). Mint of Ma'dan. (AH 315(?)/ AD 927-8).
