Summary

Metal detecting between 1997 and 2009 recovered many finds dating from the Early Saxon to the post medieval period including part of an Early Saxon brooch, a Late Saxon harness fitting, a possible Late Saxon lead spindle whorl, a medieval lead cross that may be part of a pilgrim badge, and another medieval pilgrim badge in the shape of a shell, a medieval coin weight for a noble and a post medieval clothing fastener. A medieval coin from Brittany was also found.
