Summary

Fieldwalking and metal-detecting at this location between 1988 and 2014 recovered a Neolithic flint end scraper; Late Prehistoric/Early Saxon, Roman and post-medieval pottery sherds and a Late Saxon trefoil brooch.

1997. Metal-detecting.
Found at [2]:
Late Saxon trefoil brooch with remains of catchplate on reverse. Decorated with a leaf motif in each arm surrounded by three concentric grooves. Late 9th or 10th century.

Finds recovered at this location included:
