Summary

This red brick, rounded arch bridge is dated by the plaque on it reading W BERRY 1759. It has been reported that there was a tank trap at the south end of the bridge, the sockets of which could be seen in the road.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Dated W Berry 1759 on east parapet. Red brick single span segmental arch. Red brick parapet and splayed abutments with stone copings. Much repaired."
