Full Description
Positioning may not be exact; very difficult to locate on ground. On south edge of coastal path.
Mortar spigot, intact, set in pit with earth bank around. Unusually has a rusty pintle, like a few others in Norfolk.
E. Rose (NLA), 22 October 2003.
[1] locates this spigot mortar at TG 00041 44273 rather than TG 00021 44244 as previously mapped. The concrete plinth is sound but the spigot is rusty.
See S1.
A. Beckham (HES), 17 September 2014.
