Summary

A World War Two pillbox is visible at this location on aerial photographs taken during the 1940s. As it is not visible on later photographs, it was demolished after World War Two. A section of brick wall built into the north wall of the Beeston Regis churchyard is probably all that survives of it.

There is a World War Two pillbox clearly visible to the immediate north of the church. It can be seen on RAF 1941 (S1) and 1946 (S2) aerial photographs. The pillbox appears to be a type 24 from the aerial photographs and is located at TG1745 4310.
On more recent aerial photographs this pillbox appears to no longer survive - see Ordnance Survey 1994 images (S3).

Section of brick wall built in to Beeston Regis churchyard wall. Found at TG 17443 43106, it is probably the remains of a Second World War pillbox.
