Summary

This country house was built in 1819 by William Howard. It is built of gault brick with a hipped slate roof. A 19th century brick garden wall joins the house.

Country House, built 1819 by William Howard.
Gault brick, hipped slate roof. Two and three storeys, three by three bays. Sash windows. Modillion eaves. Main façade to west has central bay advanced, flanked by pilasters with moulded capitals; central door. Portico with fluted Doric columns and pilasters to entablature, Corner pilasters. South elevation has central door below blank window. Two storey red brick wing to east. Coped brick garden wall adjoins.
