Full Description
Bridge of St Martins dating to around 1110-20 according to (S1).
Demolished in 1549 on Warwick's orders. Rebuilt in stone in 1591 with large arch and two turrets. Taken down reign of James I (1603-1625). Repaired 1835 - rebuilt 1920s.
