1997. Found on drive surface adjacent to garage wall at TM 2619 9266 within moat.
One body sherd of odd Roman, possibly Thetford Ware, micaceous.

2000. Site visit.
East, west and south arms remain, these water filled.
East and west around 45m long. Width around 5m, broadening in some areas. Fringed by a few small trees and garden shrubs. Moat dredged to clay bottom approx 15 years ago. Water quality poor. Steve Harris (Norfolk County Council) has advised removal of fish to improve quality and restore pond life.
